First off, let me say that until this morning, I thought I was slacking big time in May, but with the completion of this trilogy, I've read 9...so that's an accomplishment in itself for sure! But let's dive in!
I picked up this trilogy by Jenny Han in my first BookOutlet order back in November, and I have no idea why I took so long to read them. They were so much fun!

Our story starts with To All The Boys I've Loved Before where we meet Lara Jean, the middle of 3 girls, and the daughter of a single parent (after losing her mom a few years prior). Lara Jean is your typical high school girl who's had a slew of crushes. Throughout her life, she had written love letters to 5 different guys that she had previously loved. These letters were kept in a hat box in the back of her closet, and until one day, they had only ever been seen by her. The letters had been sent to each of the boys that she had loved before, and that's when things get crazy. One of these guys though, happens to be her sister's ex boyfriend, and their neighbor, Josh. In order to convince Josh that she doesn't love him, she forms a fake relationship with one of the other letter recipients, Peter Kavinsky. High school can be a very crazy, confusing time, and this fake relationship turns into way more than either of them ever expected. The first book in the series was a fun introduction into Lara Jean's life and all it has to offer.

P.S. I Still Love You is the second installment in the series, and by now, Lara Jean and Peter are in a real relationship. At a party one night, they are making out in a hot tub...a video of the two of them goes viral. For the first time ever, Lara Jean is facing issues that she never even imagined, and it caused so much strain on her and Peter's now real relationship. Trying to navigate high school, and now being viewed as somewhat of a slut, Lara Jean is now experiencing new things that she never thought possible. Lara Jean is convinced that Peter's ex girlfriend is the one who leaked the tapes. She has also gotten the attention of another guy she had sent a letter to, and in true teenage fashion, tries to sort out all the confusion happening in her life.

Always and Forever, Lara Jean is the conclusion to the series. This book centers around Lara Jean's senior year. She gets both rejected and accepted to colleges, takes a senior trip to New York, and explores more of her relationship with Peter. Getting accepted to different colleges puts such a strain on their relationship, and they are fighting for the first time ever. Additionally, Lara Jean's dad is getting re-married, and it's a lot to process. I refuse to give away the end of a story, but I can tell you that this one leaves you feeling very good inside. I recommend this series to anyone!
I gave each book 4 out of 5 stars!
