The Wife Between Us by Greer Hendricks and Sarah Pekkanen was such a fun story to read! And every time I thought I had figured something out, I was totally wrong!

At first, you think that there's nothing worse than an ex-wife scorned, but the more you read into it, you can totally understand that she's not the crazy one both the ex husband and the authors are making her out to be. Veronica (Nellie) and Richard had a great relationship, until they didn't. And after years of mental and sometimes physical abuse, Nellie finds herself both not quite over Richard, and also trying to save his new fiancé, Emma, from making the same mistakes she made. I got major Paul Stadler/Jo Wilson from Greys' Anatomy vibes from this storyline, so obviously, I loved it!

The back of the book was so accurate. Don't ever assume, you'll just be wrong. This is one of the first books written by multiple authors that I truly enjoyed. The story was cohesive, and wasn't noticeably written by two different people. And I know they've written more together and I can't wait to read those either! I gave this book 4 out of 5 stars.
