Sometimes, life can get in the way of pleasure. This is why I'm so behind on my blog posts...but this is finally my chance to catch up! I'm gong to start with The Midnight Library by Matt Haig. I was very excited to read this book, and at first, it did not disappoint, but as the story went on, I felt it dragging.

The Midnight Library was a book that I had seen hyped up all over Instagram and TikTok, and being the book lover I am, I just knew I had to read it. The concept of the book is marvelous. You die, and you enter a library with endless books. Each book will show you what life would be like if a different decision had been made. The possibilities are endless, and no two are the same. However, once it got started, the storyline became a bit repetitive, despite the concept of the plot. The story had the right amount of magic, but I wish that there weren't so many different scenarios that played out.
While The Midnight Library was enjoyable, I don't think I will ever read it again. I would however recommend it to someone who wants to go on a magical journey, and laugh a bit along the way. I gave this book 3 out of 5 stars.
